If you have ordered a cPanel control panel VPS you will need to enable the root login to be able to access the WEB GUI.
- login to the server via SSH using your Public Key
- Type sudo su
- Type passwd
- Enter a new root password
To log in to WHM, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to the following location in your browser: https://yourip:2087
- Enter the username root in the Username text box.
- Enter your root password in the Password text box.
- Click Log in.
