When you contact Netcetera support we may need to validate your account before we can discuss account specific details.
If you wish to have someone else contact our support team, such as your web developer, then we would recommend you give them the Support PIN, you can then revoke the PIN once the web developer has finished his work.
The Support PIN is a unique number that you can create via your client area, and is valid for 1 month.
