On-Demand Admin Time

Using our https://cp.netcetera.co.uk control panel you have the ability to manage your account without the need, in many cases, for requests to be sent for manual processing by our Support Team. This is mutually beneficial as it allows you to make immediate configuration changes to your account, and due to the reduced ticket level, should you need a technician available to investigate a ticket you will receive a fast turn around (currently 99% of tickets receive replies within 20 minutes of being logged).

To help assist clients we have put together a set of video tutorials covering the most common configuration requests and made them available via our Support website as below: -

If you still wish to have the configuration made by our Support Technicians please purchase 'On-Demand Server Admin' from your control panel at https://my.netcetera.co.uk/cart.php?a=add&pid=254 and then either log a ticket, or update your current ticket, and a Technician will be immediately assigned.
