Client Remote Access


  • Follow-
  • Click “Start Full Version”
  • Select “Install”
  • Click “Next”
  • Select “Both of the Above”
  • Click “Next”
  • Accept terms and conditions
  • Click “Next”
  • Select “No”
  • Click “Next”
  • Wait for Install to complete
  • You should now see this -



Please send Your ID and password to our Technician.

  • Once the Technician is connected, your screen will appear like this -


You can see in the bottom right hand corner that a session host has connected, this is our technician.


  • If you would like to ask our technician a question, then you can speak to them using the speech cloud button next to the headphones.
