How do I upgrade my Account?

This knowledgebase article will give you a step by step guide on how to upgrade your account. Sign into your Client area at https://my.netcetera.co.uk and follow these steps:

1) Click on 'Services' from the top navigation menu and then click on 'My Services'



2)Click on 'View Details'



3)Click on 'Management Actions'

4)Click on 'Upgrade/Downgrade'

5)Click on 'Choose Product'



6. Upon making payment your account will be upgraded.
