Keeping Your Account Secure – New Support PIN

At Netcetera, the security of your account and services is a top priority and we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to bring you new account security features.

We have now released Netcetera Support PIN. When you contact Netcetera support, we may need to validate your account before we can discuss account specific details.

If you wish to have someone else contact our support team, such as your web developer, then we would recommend you give them the Support PIN. You can then revoke the PIN once the web developer has finished their work. The Support PIN is a unique number that you can create via your client area and is valid for 24 Hours.

Creating your Support PIN couldn’t be simpler. Just login to the Netcetera Portal and in the top left hand corner, you will see the new Support PIN generator.

By clicking on the Generate new PIN button, your new Support PIN will be automatically generated and you can then use this to get in contact with Netcetera and quickly verify your identity.

Once your PIN is generated, it will be valid for 24 Hours and you can choose to revoke or generate a new PIN at any time. It’s quick, simple and gives your account greater security.
