At Netcetera, we are committed to providing the highest level of security for your account. To further strengthen the protection of your personal information and your domains, we are introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as a mandatory security protocol for accessing your account.

Starting April 2024, Multi-Factor Authentication will be a mandatory step each time you log into your account. This additional security layer not only helps prevent unauthorised access but also safeguards your sensitive data and transactions.

Multi-Factor Authentication enhances the security of the login process by requiring you to provide two or more verification methods, such as a password and a unique code generated by an OTP generator like Free OTP or Google Authenticator. This ensures that even if your password is compromised, your account will remain protected.

We understand that this change may require some adjustment on your end, but we firmly believe that the security and privacy of your account is a priority. Rest assured, we have made the setup process as seamless as possible to minimise any inconvenience.

To set up Multi-Factor Authentication for your account, please follow the instructions here. If you encounter any difficulties or have any questions, please contact our Support team.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in strengthening the security of your account. Your trust and security is of the utmost importance to us, and we remain committed to providing you with a safe and secure environment to manage your domain names.
