Just stick to the basic installation for now. Press Accept – finish to end the installation process. TeamViewer should be ready for use now.
To hand over control of your machine to support technician, give the technician Your ID and Password..
Once the technician is connected, your screen will appear like this.
You can see in the bottom right hand corner that a session host has connected, this is our technician.
