You may open a billing ticket via your client area or you can simply send an email to billing@netcetera.co.uk which will open a ticket for you.

Our billing department hours are 09.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday - we aim to reply to your ticket within 30 minutes during these hours.

If you have a Urgent billing query outside these hours then please open a support ticket via your client area or email support@netcetera.co.uk
