How do I cancel my Subscription or Domain Name?

If you wish to cancel your hosting then it is possible to cancel yourself via your client area directly. You do not need to get in contact with our Billing Department to request this.

To cancel your hosting, please see the following steps.

  • Log in to your Netcetera
    Client Area and Click on Store -->
    My Products


  • Beside the product/service you wish to cancel, click on Active to the right


  • On the menu on the left, click Request Cancellation, enter a reason and select immediate or end of billing, press submit
